Delivery Cost
Once an item is added to the basket you will instantly see the cost of delivery. The cost displayed is for UK Mainland delivery ONLY.
Playtime Toys and Games will ship worldwide and postage will alter depending on which country and the weight of the item. Please email us to recieve a quote.

Goods are sent by Royal Mail, HDNL or Hermes (to the UK mainland only).
Provided your item is in stock, please allow 2-3 days for lighter items and up to five days for larger items, please allow 15 working days before contacting us. If at any point we think that we will take longer than this, we will inform you as soon as possible. We can offer Special next day delivery. Please call us on 07984367866 so this can be arranged for a charge.
Should your item not be in stock we will inform you by email and place on back-order - if on backorder please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail service, these are out of our control.
Delivery Address
If your order is intended as a gift and you need to send it to a different address or it would be more convenient for your order to be sent to a work address then you can change the delivery address when you checkout your order.
Delivery Security
Please note that in order ensure that your order arrives with you safely we are unable to request that our delivery partner leaves your order anywhere else other than with someone at the designated delivery address. In the event that you are not in when the delivery driver calls a card will be posted through your door with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns
If you wish to return an item, it should be complete, unopened, unused and in resale-able condition. Items may be returned at customers own cost within 7 days and a refund for the items returned will be issued to the purchasing card or by Google/Paypal's refund system. If the items are returned within 7 days, a full refund will be given.
In addition to the above rules as laid down by Trading Standards Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept returned items up to 28 days from purchase so long as they are as new and in unused condition. The cost of p&p will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item please log your order number, name, product and reason for return via customer contact form.
Returning Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item is not as described or is faulty or damaged, we will request the item back and a full refund will be given on receipt. The customer is advice to obtain recorded delivery status or proof of posting. We cannot refund more than was originally spent on the card, however a refund of postage spent in returning the item will be sent by Paypal or by cheque. Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind after placing your order and wish to cancel, you may do so. You must email or call as soon as possible to do this as a cancellation cannot be accepted after despatch. Cancellations received before despatch will incur no fee or handling charge.
Please note, cancellations received after despatch will be handled as per our returns policy WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
